Roberto Crippa

Roberto Crippa was an Italian painter, sculptor and aviator.
Crippa was greatly influenced by the Cubism of Picasso and his works are characterised by signs and forms: ellipses and spirals emanating a certain deep energy. Crippa wished to create a new type of art, introducing space-time dimension-related theories. In his works, the artistic tools and the surrounding context become an intrinsic element of the art itself.
